Start here: Is it within 30 days of delivery?

• ✅ Yes → Keep reading.

• ❌ No → Email us anyway. We’ll see what we can do.

Is it unused, unwashed, and free of pet hair, stains, or odors?

• ✅ Yes → You’re good to return.

• ❌ No → Unfortunately, we can’t accept it. But email us — we’re not monsters.

How to return

1. Email sisikat90@hotmail.com with your order number and reason.

2. We’ll send a prepaid return label for US orders.

3. Pack it securely and drop it off at any carrier location.

4. We inspect within 3 business days of arrival.

5. Refund goes back to your original payment method within 5 business days. Original shipping is deducted unless the item was damaged or defective.

Damaged or defective?
Send a photo within 7 days of delivery. We’ll replace it or refund 100% including shipping. No interrogation. 💔➡️❤️

Exchanges?
Start a return and place a new order. We’ll refund the original once it’s back.

Sale items
Final sale items are clearly marked and not returnable unless defective.
